If you want to sell your home for more, appeal to foodies.

That is the underlying message of recent research from Zillow revealing that homeowners with listings that tout chef-friendly amenities sell their homes for more money than sellers who can’t brag about such features.

In all, there are 10 appliances and other home features that help garner a notably higher sales price in today’s market. And they appeal to buyers who are not chefs as well.
